Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 scoops (46 grams) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup pear or apple juice, no sugar added
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 inch knob fresh ginger, skin-on is fine
  • Juice from lemon wedge (¼ of a whole lemon)
  • Pinch of pink salt
